"new" engine. Which sensors need replacing too?

Pretty straight forward. I'm going to have someone put a new (ish) engine in my '96 Ram 2500, and want to know which sensors should be replaced too. I heard from somewhere that you should replace certain sensors when replacing the engine, just don't know which ones.

O2 sensors should be a must as for others I'm not sure what you got and what mileage is on the new-ish engine? If it is out and you have easy access to things like pressure sensors and thermostats those might also be on my list.
