37" Tire Clearance
I'm sure this has been covered several times, But I'm gonna ask for help anyways.

I was wondering if anybody knows if 37x13.50x20 Nitto mud grapplers will clear with a 5 inch lift on a 98 Dodge Ram 2500?

Any help would be appreciated also if you have this set up can you please post some pics??

no they wont clear. i have a 2000 with a 5 inch and im running 35s. 37s will clear the back but up front they will easily rub with the slightest turn, not to mention any kind of suspension movement would rub against the bottom of the fender. hope that helps, and yes i tried it.

When I had the big ones on my 95, I had to have the offset on the front wheels "in' as opposed to the rears, and if I screwed up and put the rears on the front, I had that same problem. I cannot remember, but the difference was about an inch, I could turn almost lock to lock, I would just catch the rear outsides on the inner fender a smidge. with the rears on the front, I would have eaten the rear of the fenderwells in any sort of turn, these were 14.5x 37x15 s . wish I had written that offset down somewhere, but I have a bodylift only. I remember thinking WOW what a difference the offset made, the guy who did the measurements for me on that purchase moved away years ago, sorry. I had put the rears on the front first, and was quite diappointed with the fit, until I realized what I'd done. Looked terrific, but a true disappointment in the driveability, my ram is just not solid enuf for big tires, any flex in the front end really magnifies with big rubber.

You can MAKE anything fit, It's just a matter of what you are or arent willing to remove in the process. :D

I had a 98 Ram with 13" lift and 38"s and those rubbed pretty good
