x pipe and y pipe together?

can i run a magnaflow x pipe and y pipe together and still get some good gains? all i want is performance out of it... i have a 2011 dodge ram express... thanks guys... my dual exaust system is stock btw! :)

Both would be pointless.....you should pick one. Stick with a Y until a tuner is available. An X setup would be pretty different flow than stock setup

wow thanks! im going to go with the maganflow y pipe... 2.50 duel inlet and 3.00 single outlet.. is that the right measurement for the y?? :)

That is correct. The purpose of an x pipe is to equalize pressure between the cylinder banks of a true dual setup, and a Y creates a single setup....counter productive!

Y pipe part number is 10778! My install

Agree with Tim there ^^^^ One is for a dual system, one is for the single muffler system.
