New Mods - Videos + Pics

Got Bored and got some mail today :D

Installed the EZ Down kit, got the change holder from amazon, painted that chrome ring, and finally got an exhaust video.

Starting at the top, the ez down was really easy to install. I was going to do a write up, but the instructions included are spot on.

very nice! You finally got that EZ Down from Amazon? Did you get it free or did he finally get in contact with you? Yours goes down a lot faster than mine does which is not really bad since I have already had to wait for mine to go down so I could jump in the back or put something back there..

Yea, finally got it lol... It was the last day Amazon said it could possibly be delivered (August 2nd) and it shipped overnight got here the 3rd. NEVER got a response from him though so I'm probably going to vote 3/5 at best for feedback regardless.

I've seen videos where it comes down at my speed and slower, but this does the job. I also removed that little washer you said you left on in your install thread...wonder if that is the difference.

How did you get that washer off?? Was it the one with the bent out wing like things that went into the little holes around that bolt? I tried but gave up on taking that thing off and haven't noticed any issues at all with it. I still do not know why that's part of the instructions as it does not seem to play any part in the function of the damper..

Yea that's the one, used a flathead and pliers and it came off after working it for a minute or two
Probably could stay or go, doesn't make a difference I'd assume.
