Leaf Spring question??

Ok guys I'm new to this so i really don't know if I'm posting this in the right spot.
I got a 3in Rough Country Lift about a month ago and I just installed the Torsion keys to level the front end today looks great! so psyched! we were going to put the blocks in the back when we saw that the leaf springs in the back look like they were overloaded they have an upward bow to them in the middle I'm wondering if i put the lift blocks in, the leaf springs will just bend even more.
IMG_8351.jpg i don't know if you can even see it in the pic

And i noticed that when you look at the back end my rear passenger side tire is slightly more forward then the drivers side we measured and the wheel base is 141 on one side and 140 on the other does anyone know why? I'd rather not get my new 35's until i figure this out!

Yes something looks off there....I don't think the spring should be bent like that. That could have been caused by overloading or dropping a load into the bed, or jumping the truck..It could probably just be swapped out with new leag springs, however the issue of the screwed up wheel base is more of an issue if you ask me...I'd try to see and make sure the front is square, the figure out what's out of what in the rear, could just be out of whack from the springs being messed up....could take it to a shop that can do alignments and get their opinion as well...
