What do you shoot your pictures with?
My vehicles are the only hobby I have that is more expensive than my photography addiction. I started when I was young with an old 35mm my grandfather gave me and has seriously turned into an addiction.
I currently have 2 Nikon bodies and a few different lenses:
Nikon D5000 <---My main work horse
Nikon D300S, for special occasion, important photoshoots w/ friends and family
18-55 kit lens
18-200 kit lens
10-24 f 3.5-4.5 which i hardly use but got for cheap from a friend
16-35 F4g which is my main landsape, scenery lense
35mm F4g another lens i got for cheap before i got my 16-35
300mm F2.8G which is definitely my most used lens. I use it for shooting moving/action shots as well as wildlife
Anyone have the same sickness?
Right up until I got my Droid X2 I was using a Nikon Coolpix 4500 4mp. Now I use my Droid more it has an 8mp. I'm not as into it as I used to be so the phone is enough for me.
I did the 35mm thing years ago too. Have a Cannon AE1, Cannon EOS 650, Minolta Maxim7000 with various lenses and flashes tucked away in my closet.
Canon 570IS for me :D:D:D
does a Brownie Box camera count?
lately i have been using a Canon Power Shot XS20IS & i don't know a thing about it, never read the manual, i just turn it on & point it & press one of the buttons
When I switched from film to digital, I gave up a fairly complete Contax kit with multiple bodies and lenses. Now I have digressed to the 'point and shoot' world to help ensure I have mod money for my vehicles. :)
I have a Panasonic Lumix as the 'Family' camera, but it's too expensive to leave in the truck so I picked up a Samsung PL50 for under $100 to leave in the truck for my Z pix.
i use my phone cuz i dont have a camera
Nikon D50 digital SLR (for calendar worthy stuff)
Konica Minolta DiMAGE Z2 (for packing with me on vacation and car shows, etc...)
Olympus SP-800UZ (work camera)
I use a Nikon D3000, and shoot a lot of motocross stuff. Been practicing on shooting completely in manual mode, but still have some trouble with low-light situations.
I use a Nikon d40
55-200mm VR lens
Macro Close up lens kit
Backpack carrying case
I'm just getting into photography, I still have a lot to learn.
I wish I had a nicer Nikon, but I have taken some greats shots with my d40.
Nikon 70-200mm 2.8 VR I
Sigma 28-70mm 2.8
Sigma 14mm 2.8
