Who makes the best paste wax???

I am curious as to what company makes the best paste wax? Price doesn't matter much. Any help would be awesome!

Meguiars #16 [blue can, no longer sold in stores but you can sometimes find a can online]

Collinite #476 - one of the most durable paste waxes available, and my personal recommendation

Collinite #915 - Also very durable, but has more wax content so it's look is best suited for dark colors

FK1000P - A very durable wax, one of the most durable actually. Closer to a sealant than a wax

Others to note, Collinite 845, Chemical guys 50/50, Petes 53, Victoria Red Wax/Chaos/Mayhem, P21S, S100, Wolfgang Fuzion, Pinnacle Souveran, Blackfire Midnight Sun, Dodo juice waxes, Any Swisszax or Zymol [not your over the counter zymol, the $5000 a tin zymol], as well as many many more.

To polish, a verb, is to abrade or remove paint. If you polish the paint with a (polish), you are removing a minuscule amount of clear-coat and improving clarity of the finish.

A wax, is protection. Waxes are non-abrasive, and serve to add a layer of protection to your finish whereas a polish removes a layer.

Zaino polishes are a different breed. They cost a lot and require a lot of work. They do not have polishes that do much correction, but they do have sealants that do a lot of protecting. If you look to spend hours on end layering Zaino, do it! The look will be unique due to the shiny nature of the product. Collinite 915 is a thick paste wax that will add shine and gloss, but really bring out the black. The best way to explain is to say that Zaino brings out the clearcoat where you see a lot of "shine" whereas 915 brings out the black paint, where you will see a lot of depth to it.

If you like shiny, Collinite also has its 476 wax, which is more durable than 915 but has less natural waxes.

I'd listen to leadfootluke he seems to know his stuff.

Hey leadfootluke I appreciate all the help you gave me, but I never really got a response of what you think of the nu finish product? Just wondering since I already used it...

Meguiar's for sure. I like their quick detail spray as well. Works great if the finish is not real dirty.
