Side Steps

Hey guys I am looking at getting the side bars that sit under your door to make stepping into your truck easier, I am a brand new dodge owner with a 1500 big born quad. Is there anything i should know when starting to price shop? Thanks!!

I put these on my truck shortly after I got it, and love them. The directions were horrible, but I figured it out, and the quality seems very good. My short wife can now ride with me. :D

Whats your budget? Member sell on here stock steps a lot of the time once they are lowered and no longer need them. Depending on how big your wallet is AMP Reseach steps are always a plus.

Depends on how much you can/are willing to spend

i agree with the above it all depends on how much your willing to spend and if you want used or new

I first bough some Westin 5 Inch ovals but they stuck out so far from the truck they looked like wings. I returned 'em and bought the AMP Research steps that retract when the doors close. I'm not a gearhead in anyway but me and my buddy were able to install them ourselves on a Sunday afternoon with no problems. I love 'em and so do my kids. Worth every penny.

I have the go rhino dominator II steps...I love them, I like the look way better than nerf bars or the typical steps. They were pretty inexpensive too, but good quality, and easy to install. I think I paid like $330 and took me an hr to install by myself. The only bad thing is they hang a little lower than most others, but all depends on what you want.

I like the GoRhino 5", gives a large platform to step on which is nice for winter here and good footing for the boots I wear everyday year-round for work.

Lund's are pretty decent, and cheap on Amazon

I have the MOPAR side steps on my truck, they look good and the honeycomb pattern on the step part matches my grill
