2001 dodge ram custom?
I wanna find some nice body kits and or extras That isn't cheap crap. I wanna get new power seats and repository the entire inside. I wonder if I could put a newer seats in a 01.? I want to try to really make it look mean, and newer. ..

Anybody know any good paint shops or repair shops in pasco Co Florida?

My plan is to add the 07 front and rear bumpers or Road Rhino bumpers. Also looking at some aftermarket hood maybe the SRT one.

Nice, I am trying for the same. Do you got any good sites or catalogs I could order?

Is it possible to place newer truck parts on a 2001?
I want it to be a mean looking sob, heavy duty.

Know where to get some off road mud / city tire and a rim? I think there's a 2 inch lift? I'd like to go up another 2 inches. What's the largest tire and rim should I go without scraping. ..

try LMC, not sure how well 02+ parts will fir on a 94-01, i know itll take some body work to get a 4th gen rear bumper with exhaust cutouts to fit on a 2nd gen as i have eyed it up

See, I could just go find a newer 4x4 Dodge ram, sorta what my ol lady wants, or I could just put 10k into this one and make it a bad ass. But I've noticed that they don't have to many customized parts for 94-01. More towards the newer years. I hate the third Gen look and prefer 2nd over 4th. I'd like to put an Oh sh*t bar for the driver, a Hood/grill like the 4th Gen.

I dunno, there's a lot I wanna do but need help.

Can't pick stuff out for ya. I suggest you start doing some research.

If your truck hasn't been lifted yet, and you still have the stock wheels, you won't be able to go much bigger than stock with the tires. You can level the front of your truck by 2" and fit a little larger tire on it.

The next step up, which accommodates at 35" tire is a 4" suspension lift.

A light bar in the front (NFab or MBRP), a roll bar in the back (both with lights), some flares, new rims, a cowl or ram air hood (check out for more body parts and some custom stuff for the Gen 2 Ram), HID headlights and foglights, LED tail lights, ... will all add to the look quite well.

You'll have to measure your cab then measure a newer truck's seats to see if they will fit. I suspect they will. If you find a set at an auto recycler's yard, check to make sure the floor tracks are included as you'll need them.

There's a lot more you can do but it's gonna take some of your time to start looking at various truck aftermarket suppliers to pick what looks best to you for your truck.

Good luck!

Its got a two inch left I THINK, I'd like to make it two more inches.
I've been looking at suppliers, intact looked at everything at lmc online. I know what I want, but I dunno if it'll work or fit.
I really want the Strilling grill but don't have it for 01.
Also tow everyday, if I get the roll bumper how would I have the hitch at? I've also got a k&m filter and would it be OK to space the headers?
Could I put a sport bumper and grill on my Dodge?

I believe the 2002 - 2008 hood & grille are one piece, the grille lifts with the hood
starting in 2009 the grille is attached to the fenders & does not lift with the hood

you can change out your grill OR just buy INSERTs to get the look that you want

if you tow, you won't want the hitch to be on the bumper, bolt it to the frame underneath near your spare tire

you can put a sport bumper and grill on your truck, they are just easy bolt on you have a 5th wheel hitch or regular trailer reciever hitch? if you have a regular reciever hitch the roll bar wont affect it any. also what do you mean space the headers? you can get a pair of pace setter headers that will bolt up to the factory y-pipe for around $230 from summit racing and will definatly help the exhaust flow better.

OMG those trucks are bad ass for sure. Thanks for sharing cause I just found my new push bar (red truck) I'm getting one of those for sure. I don't need a front bumper now, LOL.
I still don't understand how a roll off is gonna work with a hitch, where would the hitch go. Umm, I guess ill have to research alittle more.
