Stock 17" rims with 4" CST lift on 4x2 2007 Ram

As the title says, can I run Stock 17" rims with 4" CST lift on 4x2 Quad cab 2007 Ram if I use wheel spacers? If so what size spacers?

I'm guessing once you lift it up 4 inchs the rotors get sucked inwards a bit causing the stock 17" rim to rub on something?

Hi, I wish I had the answer - but at least I can :icon_bump: this so someone might be able to help!

Ordered the lift kit the other night along with a a pair of 1.5 wheel spacers. Hoping it fits since I haven't decided what after market wheels I want to get lol

So to answer my own question the 17" factory rims rub on the actual CST spindle itself. While the spindles are very high quality build it looks like they could have very easily made them curve in slightly near the top to accommodate the stock 17's.

Currently I have a set of 1.5 inch wheel spacers on the front but from the looks of it a 3/4 inch spacer would have worked just fine. The 1.5's look rather funny being just on the front, especially with how small the 17's look after the lift.

Now to find a good deal on a set of the stock 20" rims..
