Mopar Pistol Grip Shifter

Has anyone installed this shifter? What are your thoughts? How was the install? I heard it will fit in the Rams even though it's for the Challenger. I was thinking of picking one up. I don't really like the stock T shifter in mine and not really a fan of the T in general.

a few people have made that change over
I don't recall if it was just an easy switch over or had to be modded a bit

I don't think the few that have done that needed to do anything but remove the stocker and screw this one on.

If you get it from BT, tell them it's for a Ram. They will make sure it is threaded properly.

Or look here http://www.custombilletstore.com/Bil...ob_p/10065.htm
And any challenger or charger handle will fit the rams

I ordered one from gunslinger today. They show it for a challenger, spoke to them
and they confirmed will fit the ram too. I like it because it has a carbon fiber look.
Also has the shift pattern on top instead of a logo

I have a neighbor who put the pistol grip on his challenger and I have put the t handle on my 2011 sport crew. Both were very easy. I actually put mine on while waiting in line to pick up my high schooler. 5 minute install on the t handle. There is a thread on here that someone posted and walks you through the whole thing with pics.
