YES,

They don’t have good baffling in the tank; its normal.

I figured when the 09-10 owners complained about it surely they would have fixed it for 11-12. But my 2011 has the same issue.

Yes. I have noticed what could be described as a lunging sensation when coming to a stop. Feels more like the transmission is trying to "catch-up" with the truck. No other way to describe it. Or it could be described as the T/C kicking in at the last moment. I haven't really paid attention to this but, I'm sure I've mentioned to my wife the feeling of the truck lunging forward.

If you have the 32 gal tank, then it's your fuel moving around. I feel it too, once in awhile if I brake a little hard with the right amount of gas. I can't believe how often this question comes up. Thanks to the forum for informing many what this is. That's how I learned. Ram should send out a bulletin informing all owners of the 32 gal. tank, so they don't have to feel that something may be wrong. The thump is subtle and doesn't bother me, but not knowing what it was, did.

Yes, unfortunately, the wife doesn't feel it at the same time.:shy:

Seriously, it is probably your gas tank. Known problem with the 32-gallon tanks.

Thanks for the info
