I was also looking at the magnaflow mufflers! I was looking at the 22" oval stainless steel muffler (model #12589). It has a 3" center inlet and a 3" offset outlet! Would this muffler work on my truck?

If either of you have the factory exhaust that rubs out if the bumper you will need a muffler that is a 3 inch in and dual 2.5 inch out. If you just have the single exhaust then a single in single out will work. I would just take it to your muffler shop. They will know what you need. I am putting on my 14 inch magnaflow and the Y-pipe in the morning and it will be ran out if the factory sport bumper.

How much does that cost to get done? Anyone have any low budget ideas?

Thanks!

I did a 14 inch magnaflow and the magna Y-pipe installed for $160. I bought the muffler and the Y-pipe from amazon and paid $60 to get it installed.

Thanks a ton, GhostR1der! I think I can swing that. I appreciate the info.

Thanks again

Might want to call your exhaust shop and see what they will charge you. I feel that mine gave me a really good price.

No need... I have a buddy! Isn't it great to have friends... But this one's gonna cost me in barter I'm sure! I was more curious about what the parts cost; I'm looking at some online now.

Thanks again
