Wesleys will work great, but be sure to keep the bleach white from drying on or even making substantial contact with the wheels. And after you use WBW, wash the wheels with soap to neutralize/remove residues.

I personally use an All purpose cleaner made for automotive detailing because of the versatility, but any wheel/tire cleaner will also work.

I will try the WBW Its weird only one two of the tires. I really thought using Dawn and a scrub brush would did it. Its only noticeable when the tire shine come off in the rain duh. I let you know how it comes out thax again

I use Simple Green and a scrub brush. Works good for me and then I use some 303 Aerospace Protectant on the tires. Gives them a really clean look, but not shiney.

I second the simple green suggestion. After I've rinsed the simple green completely off I spray armorall extreme tire shine and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Get the scrub brush and scrub again. Wipe off the armorall/dirt/residue with an ol t-shirt or rag. Respray tires with the extreme shine and let it sit again for another 15-20 min. I usually wipe excess armorall off again with a t shirt and that get the tires looking real clean.

i use Wesley's bleach white but instead of using a scrub brush use a rag i found that a scrub brush only removes some dirt and when the tire drys you can see where the brush marks were. i take Wesley's spray it on let it sit for about 1 min then take a dry rag and wipe everywhere very well(make sure the tire is dry when you do this). Then i will actually wet the tire the second time then respray and wipe again with a wet rag and rinse off.

hopes this helps

Simple green, spray on, let sit and you'll see the brown crap drip off. Wash with soap and water and then spray simple green on and give a quick wipe. Rubber will be black with no shine and Simple green doesn't turn them brown either.

Easiest way is spray on Castrol degreaser and watch the crap come off. Just hose off with a pressure washer and you're done. Just make sure to hose off your truck as well so it doesnt dry on your paint.

X2 on the castrol super clean. Spray it on the tires while dry, let sit for a bit but not let dry then pressure wash off. That is what I do everytime I wash my truck, makes the tires nice and clean then when you spray on your tire shine, its very black and shiney!
I also use it on the plastic in the wheel wells and under the hood to keep everything clean
