Need opinions on these two products, oil additives

So I have bad oil pressure at start up and someone on here suggested Rev-X and after doing some research it seemed they had a good product.

Now my question is I know some people don't like additives but does this stuff work/ has any one used it. I searched the name and no one seems to have mentioned it. I want to make sure it won't screw anything up in the engine/oil and that it actually works before I buy it.

Sorry there's only one, I was looking at the second one and it seemed to change the oil viscosity (Lubrication Specialties).

I have used it in 6.0 powerstrokes to solve injector static issues. Not to mention its lubricity is outstanding. But I have never used it in a gasoline engine so I can not attest to it being safe for your engine.

As the weather in your neck of the woods has turned a little chilly it could be your oil just isn't flowing properly when it's cold. The manual calls for 5w-30 in your 2002. Before I would use an additive I would try a 0w-30 full synthetic oil first.
