Hemi Sport Drive train, suspension

Hi All, New to the forum. Have an '04 Ram Hemi Sport. 80k miles. Big Black is starting to show signs of her age. Clunking over bumps in the front end and general loosening. I am also getting this vibration when accelerating, mostly in the lower end. I am considering a drive train upgrade: Tranny, shafts, axles, wheels and a small lift. I want to change from the sport suspension to something more suited for off road. I have no idea what this might run me and where/who is qualified to do this? Any help on where to begin would be great. Thanks.
