Did the 2008 Sport edition trucks get any different suspension than regular trucks?

I just got a 2008 Sport quad cab truck and maybe it's just me, but it seems to be higher up than the other trucks I looked at. Does it come different from the factory with any unique suspension stuff from other Ram trucks or is it just cosmetic stuff?

Thanks

No
I you aren't the original owner thereby be a leveling kit on it

FSUNole17 12-05-2011 02:37 PM

Does the leveling change the front or back height?

Stangshcky12 12-05-2011 06:12 PM

Front but it's not hard to install a lift block in the rear as well

If i remember correctly the sports actually sit lower in the front so you must have a leveling kit...

How can I look and tell, what do I look for?

Look for a metal spacer on top of the front coil spring... maybe take a pic and post it up!

Sport or not, Don't all Rams (If they're 4X2) sit lower in the front.

Guess we'd need to know if he's 2 or 4wd in order to accurately answer his question:4-dontknow:
