Which Mud Flaps would you recommend? (2012 Ram 1500)

I'm in the market for some mud flaps. I have no idea where to start so I thought I'd ask the pro's. I have a 2012 longhorn so they must fit a new style ram 1500.

i also have the molded. if your truck has fender flares though ya cant use these as they wont fit

Got the molded also. The flat types aren't that appealing to myself. Just my opinion

CAREFUL: If these are installed I recommend that you install some 3M film/or thin foam like I did. Even if they are still mounted firmly they will still vibrate and rub your paint right off! Just my 2 cents

there is a company .. i do believe bushwacker makes the molded mudflaps for the new trucks with flares. they kinda look like the mopar ones and they come with 3m tape to put on your truck to save the paint front eventually rubbing off. If you are planning on using your truck for on road then get the molded. they look and fit much better than most of the flat kinds out there. espescailly on the front wheels as the wheel liners are no where near flat

Go with husky liners. They are molded to fit the fender flares and they come with the 3m tape to protect the paint. Only have to drill 1 hole for the rears and the fronts use the same holes. 57161 and 56181 are the part numbers. I ordered mine from summit racing and they were 60 total for the front and back plus free shipping.

I went with the higher-end Dodge molded. Also had the backs painted to match the body color. Love'em! They are fantastic at keeping the sides clean.
