I got the Reg cab, but for only having the 4.7l I think it's the right choice. As much as I'd love the Quad, the 4.7l in 07 doesn't put out enough power for it IMO

Yeah, I would recommend just buying a new gas cap from Dodge. It may cost you a few bucks, but if it fixes it, life will be good. If it doesn't, well you have an extra gas cap.

Depending on the backspacing of those rims, the 35s should fit just fine with the Bilstein kit. That's whats I run with my 35s (also on 17s) and I don't have any rubbing at all.
