I looked at the page you posted, and the covers are made out of hte same ABS plastic as the ones from LMC... Secondly the Dash core on the OP's truck is broken and there is no aftermarket core.

the fuse under the hood is your most likly fault... if its not the fuse, then it has to be the headlight switch... those are the only common two places for all 4 circuits.
