2wd's have a completely different suspension...

2wd's have a completely different suspension setup than the 4wd trucks. So ball joints are not a concern. Check out either Maxtrac or CST for 2wd leveling kits.

Offset is measured in mm's so a 0 offset and a +1 offset are essentially the same thing. The 1mm difference is only about 5/128". A -12 offset would stick out about 1/2" further than a 0 or +1...
