5W20 good quality dino oil. I ran Mobile 1 from its first oil change in my truck. I burns 2 quarts every 5,000 miles. Changed oil every 5,000 miles from New. It is/was a fairly babied truck.

I guess I should have clarified. That tongue weight was camper try weight. It is more loaded. You are correct, it should be a minimum 10% of trailer weight.
