I replaced mine at 60k, with Bilstein adjustables. I should have done it at 30k. They were shot then. Even the "upgraded" shocks (heavy duty) that came on mine were bad by 30k.

New shocks are almost never a waste past 30-50k miles, and TH is right, you will need a level kit with your lift unless you want your lifted truck to have the front lower than the rear.

Every Hemi, and 4.7L I have had (4th Gen) has done this to some degree or another. The rear main seals when cold, weep until they get warm. Once warm they expand to a perfect fit.
