Can somebody tell me the difference between a W3500 and a D3500? I lost some chunks out of the ring gear in my '01 and am trying to find out if the rear ends are interchangeable between the two.

It can be done but not without some difficulty....

It can be done but not without some difficulty. My only advice is to try and vaccuum the dirt and crud around the plugs before taking them out. Lots of chances to bump dirt down the spark plug holes...

I'll give it a try but its a brand new switch and a brand new plug. I think tomorrow I'll go down to Dodge and buy a new switch from the dealer. If I get the same symtoms I'll buy some toggle...

Headlight switch issue

I replaced the 40 amp fuse in the distribution box right off the bat. It had been cooked. There's nothing plugged into the trailer receptacle. I will look for fusible links in that distribution box...

Okay, when I have the switch pulled all the way out for the headlights I have properly functioning headlights only, no other lights, tail lights, clearance lights or dash lights are on.
