Yeah it fits into place excellent, it will flicker when the dome light is switched on, but when I turn it off and the dome light dims, the light will stop flickering, stay on solid and then dim down....

Have'nt wired it in yet, going to either mount the antenna on the hood, or on the backrack. All I did was take the two screws out for the storage bin, and slid in the CB box, no cutting.
