I believe you can by shoving a wedge in to the hole for the timing chain. Jam it in there good. It won't be easy, and you may have to take a couple shots at it, but it is possible.

Perhaps it's the cruise control servo. If the computer can't sense it adjusting speed, it will shut down cruise control for safety's sake.

LOL, the dealership's swapping of the PCM fried the other one. There could be a short on your wiring that is frying the computer, but them running yours off the other computer probably just locked it.
