the fuse under the hood is your most likly fault... if its not the fuse, then it has to be the headlight switch... those are the only common two places for all 4 circuits.

ohh I forgot to mention a new steering column and gauges, you might also need to get a new ECU or have your old one flashed... its not necessary 100% of the time, but some times you can have problems...

Visors are really easy to reupholster with new kit. Just fallow the instructions.. since you already have them down it takes only 20 minutes to do both of them... 30 minutes if you have to take them...
