Yup, mud buildup in the barrel of your wheels. Rarely, thick mud will pull wheel weights off. Check that after you wash the wheels off. And don't hose down hot brake rotors, then your shaking issues...

I believe that all of the Cummins' above the base model are standard with it. I drove an SLT and Laramie SRW and both had the Ex brake listed as standard. And yes, you can definately feel it work.
