Someone correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the clutch fan lock on at idle when the a/c is on? I'm not completely familiar with the ISB but I thought I read somewhere that's how that system works....

you could have just drained the reservoir. you should be fine with a cup of 50/50, If you put in about a cup it means only 1/2 cup of coolant and 1/2cup water.

yes it's normal, small amounts of oil comes out of the pcv hose as vapor and is normally taken into the intake and burned with normal combustion... since you have an after market intake with no bung...

personally I suggest you run some silica in your oil for good...
