Bilsteins are the best option for sure and yes, you'll want a set of air bags for the back end to reduce the squat when pulling that much weight. Airlift 1000 bags are a good, cheap option.

What wheel/tire setup are you running? There shouldn't be any issues with the studs at all provided the wheel/tire setup is correct and installed correctly.

For a similar setup to that I would recommend an 18x9 0 offset wheel with a 295/70/18 tire. That will give you approximately 1" of poke past your fender and is very close to what a 35x12.5 tire...

Yes, you need the 1.5". I don't think the 325 wide tires will work on those wheels with only 1/4" spacers. They're too wide of a tire for that.

It's not just a matter of looking at offset. Offset is dependant on the width of the wheel and the amount everything pokes out depends on the width of the tire as well. So it's not just a simple...

Your wheels will be 17x8 +25 offset. To run 325/70/17's on those wheels you're going to need more than 1/4" spacers. 1.5" spacers are the minimum you'll want to run to clear the OEM studs. They...

There's no good way to make them sit like a -12 offset. You'd need a 1" spacer to get them close but a 1" spacer won't clear your OEM studs. So you'd need to step up to a 1.5" spacer to clear the...

Death wobble doesn't apply to 1500's as they have IFS with rack and pinion steering. Not solid axles like the 2500/3500's.
