You might even check with the dealer, Ram had a "Ram Runner" bolt on kit to make your 2wd Ram into an off roader. I'd error on the mild side, don't want to mess up the handling.

Any custom shop should be able to make what you want, even convert to hemi exhaust. I had cut outs welded in for the strip. Actually made a healthy difference on the dyno.
