Is you truck a crew or a quad? I know my crew says do not tow a 5th wheel its not designed for it and its a hemi 8spd 392 rear.

I did a 6/4 inch CST lift on mine. I had a very noticeable shutter when I started from a dead stop. I added a rough country bearing spacer and it went away. So that should answer your question.

Any of you 1500 2x4 owners running a carrier bearing spacer with your 6 inch lift. I have a shutter when I star from a dead stop, I think this will resolve it but I can't find one for the 1500.

I have the 18" on mine and the noise level is just and nice rumble. I tow a TT it will get louder with that but only because its bouncing off the front of the TT. Is tolerable.

Cst makes a 7" kit that you only have to change the rear shocks. As far as leveling goes they make a 4" spindle kit that retains stock as well.
