Ram 4.7 Motor swap.

Guys I have a 2004 with a blown engine. Ive been told by many that a 2007 4.7 is interchangeable, is this right? If so what would be different on the 2.

Can someone tell me if you can swap these 2 motors and if it is very involved?? My motor has blown and I have found a good deal on a 2007

Can someone give me some insight on what programmer i can purchase that will give me the best mpg for my dodge?? What kind of mpg should i expect or is it worht spending the $$$$$.
