ok so far i got an exhust and a Spectre CAI what should i do next to make my 4.7L quicker....keep in mind im not some genius tuner or anything...something simple possibly not too expensive...any...

well since i put the new radiator on it hasnt even got close to overheating or anything, it stays right below halfway....i cleaned up the plugs some more and it seems to be doing better now....it...

someone plz help

ok my thruck first blew a radiator and fluid got all over the engine block...i fixed the radiator and since it has not been able to get over 3K RPM... it boggs out and wont go anymore....i checked...
