Mine will do that also if I don't let it warm up for a couple of minutes. Do you let it warm up at all? Mine will stay around 1300rpm for a bit once I start it up, especially when it's cooler out.

I have the 5100s installed at the highest...

I have the 5100s installed at the highest setting, had an alignment right after install. Have a slight wobble while in 4wd between 10-15mph, nothing to serious. 2000 miles with them installed.

Don't think so. I believe the factory duals are 3in inlet with 2.5in outlets. So, if I'm not mistaken I think you want part #12198. Anyone confirm that?

To me it seems like more than a flash would be necessary. I think that if it only required to be reprogrammed to make it a 6-speed we'd have it in the 4th-gen Rams already.
