I think your plugs are fine and good for another 30k, and could have been re-gapped, and cleaned.
Looks to me like you have a cylinder or 2...

Nothing worn on those plugs. You could clean them up and put them back in...or spend a lot of money and put new ones in. The new ones will look like those after a couple of days running....

If you're going to be an obedient owner and change your plugs early, isn't it actually 32K in the manual, not 30k? That should give you an extra week or so.

I certainly hope not. Real bad design on Chrysler's part if spark plugs are frozen in a head after a few years. Especially since half the plugs are for emissions. Chrysler already walked a fine line...
