Also what should the downstream o2 sensor be reading, the upstream fluctuates between .1 and 1v the downstream fluctuates between .9 and 1 volt

I had checked the resistance last year. Bank 2 were 2 ohms higher than bank 1. Bank 2 was about 14.2ish and bank 1 was about 12.1ish.

I did a fuel pressure test and the pressure was 52psi. The needle was fluctuating rapidly about + or - 3 psi. After ignition off pressure held at 52 psi for about 20 minutes then went to 5 psi.

Ok this what I have done so far. I took the fuel rail off didn't see any blockage. I did notice that the lean bank that threw p0301, p0303, and p0305 had mustang 4.7 2004 fuel injectors on that side....
