Vibration in 4wd

So this morning while driving in 4wd, I was getting a strong vibration when hard on the throttle. Any ideas?

Instrument Panel Light Out

The backlighting for my headlight knob/cargo light is out. Tried to lightly pry the entire black panel from the dash but it doesn't want to go. Does anyone know how to get to the blown out light? ...
