I recently bought a HID light retrofit kit for my '08 at HIDkitxenonlights.com & found when I installed them in my fogs that the interference they emitted made listening to FM impossible.

I get 11 to 13 in my '08 with lock-outs & premium gas. Once in a great while, I can manage 14, but that's very rare.

Question Power Steering Pump Howling

It's full of fluid, doesn't leak, leads a pretty easy life, but it's been sounding like an old F-150 lately.

I went to the dealer & the one in my truck has been superseded &...

Update to my Update

I checked the spare, and it was in fact loose and had slid forward, so the above post becomes: 1. A lesson in the importance of fact checking. I should have checked that spare before I posted. 2. A...

UPDATE: I noticed this the other day when I was changing brake pads. It looks like the top of the cover could very easily hit the spare well before the bump stops hit the axles. The spare has never...
