i run castrol edge full synthetic with a fram extra guard oil filter in mine and it makes a big differance..its all in what u want really but i would run castrol edge or castrol syntec in it if u can...

i would lift it.. i lifted mine and it looks bad ass..better fuel mileage than a 4x4, and it also goes good "wit the right tire setup"
