Hissssing when turning the motor off

I was thinking it would be the idle control , thats what happen to me and since you discrived the inviroment the truck was in , it`s cheap enough clean or replace.

Hi All, I`ve change 3 radiator, 3 water pumps and now a heater core I`ve grounded the motor to the chassie with a big ground wire, it runs about 1 to 2 volts reading the water in the radiator checked...
