Usually it's the result of a bad ground. Bad news is you'll have to drop the tank again. If it worked right before you swapped fuel pumps that is the most likely cause. Check your fuses first though.

I believe the motor from the Durango is exactly the same as the ram, only the tuning and intake manifold are different. Durangos have less air capacity as they are smaller units.
