My guess would be cam sensor(s) not working. Reason being is that the rebuilt heads I had put on my rebuilt motor had bad cam sensor rings.

I'd say definitely the condenser fan. Mine went out at about 70,000 miles, exact same symptoms. Pretty easy to diagnose, and relatively cheap to fix.

My personal experience is that my 03 4.7 normally stay just below the halfway point. The only times I have ever seen it climb higher, I was towing a boat or a fairly heavy trailer at freeway speeds.

I don't really see how it could be related, as the condenser fan is electrical, and your coolant fan is clutch driven. Perhaps your fan clutch is bad and not spinning you radiator fan properly so...
