Most suspension lift companies will give a tire size recomendation in their catalogs....with a 3 inch lift, i would say at least a 33 inch tire...I put a set of 33-12.50's on a stock 2500..Dodges...

I don't know about the replacement dash, but as far as bushings go, Energy suspension is a great choice...polyurethayne will hold up great and increase handling...ANother choice would be Moog chassis...

If your not looking to lift it, look up some replacement coil springs from Moog....I have gotten some for other vehicles add on bigger motor, ac, and their Varible rate springs will stiffen things up...

If you have an O'reillys or an autozone nearby you can rent one from them..just make sure it goes high enough to torque it down....O'reillys should have a 1/2" drive that goes to 250 ftlbs

Did you torque the axle nut down properly? I would recheck that... Its possible that you have a defective hub bearing.....does the noise go away if you turn the wheel?
