Well I would look on cregs list. In my area mopar motors are quite common. Both magnum and LA. AND a few B blocks. And your van runs carburetor and propane.? You might get that to work with a 4bbl.

The motor will bolt right to transmission. The only real mod you will need to make is the intake and distributor. Your LA intake won't work on the magnum heads nor will the electronic distributor....
