Stick with magnaflow. Not for nothing flowmasters rot out really fast. If you're interested let me know, I work with magnaflow and able to get some discounts on mufflers and cat backs.

Reason a/c is better than open windows is because of aerodynamics, the air coming in the cab causes drag. I'm not sure if you have a sliding rear window if that will actually help reduce drag or not...

My brother usually gets anywhere from 12.5-13.5 in the city and 18-20 on hwy unloaded. Maybe different because he swapped the 20" rims for 18's but played with tire size to keep oem tire size.
