97 ram 5.2 won't idle in cold until warm

My ram won't start in the cold until it is warm about 160 or better. I have changed out the IOC and AIC, also noticed a vacum line at the front of the T-body cracked so i changed it 2 inch piece not...

I to have the same problem. what i.v done so far is flushed the rad and the core but still the same . I also put some CLR in the rad to see if this would unglog any thing. But to this date still no...

It has to do with the running lights modual disconect this lights should go out
