Actually, Chris, do you know if it's an Fastman 847 or the 801. The 847 used a different OEM cast compared to the 801, it had a thicker neck. Mother Chrysler decided to make 2 different castings on several models/years across the board, and normally isn't an issue because the stock air box coupler has a lot of play in it. The 801 should have what looks like a machined ring but the 847 should just be a solid outside circumference. The easiest way to tell is the 847 has a ridge along the bottom of the TB but the 801 doesn't.

I bet that's what the issue is. When you order them directly from fastman he makes you look at what TB you have and you'll get an exact match.
