Default Hypertech Power Programmer won't program for my new tire size?

Hey guys, I just got a new to me truck and put new wheels/tires on it after only owning it for 2 weeks. I went with the Cooper Zeon LTZ in the 305/50R20 and a leveling job. I really like the look, but the tires are actually 1" shorter than stock.

The truck came with a Hypertech Power Programmer III when I bought it. It says it can program for different size tires, so today I went to program it and it never gave me that option. I called up Hypertech and they said their programmer won't adjust for tire sizes on the 2002 Dodge Ram. What the?

So if their programmer doesn't work, is my only option going to the Dodge dealer or buying a different programmer? I'd like to keep the Hypertech engine tuning programmed, but if the dealer messes with it will it be put back to stock? Wondering if anyone had experience with this, thanks!
