There was a discussion about what manual transmissions Mother Mopar used and now I can't find it. The NV3500 is a aluminum cast housing used behind the 318 Magnums, commonly found on half ton trucks. The NV4500 is a steel cast box commonly found on some Cummins diesels, V10, and 5.9L Magnums, 1500-2500-3500. I'm not sure if they can beef up the NV3500 and not sure if the case can take the beating.
